Like you, it all started with an idea.
We spent 10 years joking about starting our own marketing + design firm. Then, one decisive week we went from playing around with the idea on Monday to purchasing a business license on Friday. We jumped!
That’s what makes us the marketing partner you’re looking for. We know the grind of selling an idea because we’ve been through it ourselves.
We have a relationship-based marketing approach, which just means we like working with good people that are passionate about their projects. Our goal is to help you build your brand, regardless of where you are in the process. Whether it’s creative design, a clever marketing angle, or just a little “tilted thinking,” we are good at what we do because we love the work.
ALLIE MCRAE
CREATIVE DIRECTOR / With both agency + freelance experience, Allie has spent the past five years as a graphic designer working with entrepreneurs, small businesses, non-profits, and local governments to visually tell their stories. She loves problem solving and delivering custom design solutions. Allie is known for her ability to cultivate community and thrives when she can use design to support others.
ISAAC HUNTER
BUSINESS MANAGER / With an MBA and background in sales and marketing, Isaac spent two years working in the Las Vegas luxury resort scene. Since relocating to Seattle, he worked in the vacation rental industry along with bartending at the oldest brewery in the city. Tilt is bringing him back to his true passion – connecting with clients on an individual level and empowering them to reach their goals.
